Cancel Purchase & Refund

You can cancel your purchased e-tickets and get a refund. Please enter your sales reference number. (You can find it on the payment result screen and in the ticket email sent to you.)

What you should know about the refund

  • Your refund is processed based on the day of the sale: same-day sales are cancelled; sales from previous days are refunded and the amount you paid is returned to your card.
  • Depending on your bank's processing times, the refunded amount may appear on your card within a few business days.
  • Once completed, all tickets for this sale are cancelled and can no longer be used for entry.
  • If any of your tickets has already been used for entry, the sale cannot be cancelled.
